All members endorse and abide by this association's customer-reassuring and straightforward quality charter.
It awards the QUALISAV certification, attesting to the skills of a company's technical staff, and to the firm's commitment to improve its services on an ongoing basis.
Public authorities encourage service certification for two reasons:
It provides consumers with the objective information that allows them to make an unbiased and informed choice.
It makes the service offers more competitive and clearer, particularly for French providers in the growing market segment.
SYNASAV's concern for customers requiring nothing less than irreproachable service has led it to establish a standard for certifying the quality of after-sales and maintenance services in the heating and domestic hot water segments. This certification is validated by the impartial and independent organisation QUALICERT.

SYNASAV is associated to training organisation FORMASAV. This organisation can collect the French vocational training tax.
